Patient Services Coordinator

• →Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• →Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately
• →Collect and process patient payments accurately
• →Answer phones, manage messages, and respond to patient communications
• →Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the EHR
• →Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
• →Support scheduling, administrative tasks, and clinic flow
• →Complete daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong patient service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing insurance, billing, and payment options with patients
• Proficient with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic

• Onsite clinical setting with direct patient interaction
• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the clinic day
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform fine motor tasks
