We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support the design and evolution of our clients' data platform. You will help build scalable data solutions, develop robust data pipelines, and enable analytics that support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the enterprise data lake and data platform architecture
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and integration processes
- Participate in the end-to-end delivery of data solutions – from requirements gathering to production deployment
- Design and develop BI reporting and analytics models
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior engineers to translate business needs into data solutions
- Apply best practices for data quality, security, and governance
- Work closely with senior team members to improve and scale data workflows
- Use Python and modern data technologies to automate and optimize data processes
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance data processing, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation across the data platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data analytics
- Hands-on experience working with data lake architectures and large datasets
- Experience with BI reporting tools and analytical platforms
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration
- Experience with at least one of the following: Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy (or similar enterprise BI tools)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of data warehousing and modern analytics architectures
- Exposure to streaming or real-time data processing
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for data projects
