Facilities Associate

• →Assisting with general cleaning of the facility, [i.e. vacuuming and sweeping of floors, cleaning of ceiling tiles and air conditioning vents, window cleaning interior and exterior etc.]
• →Cleaning and restocking of restrooms and breakrooms.
• →Other various cleaning duties as required (including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, polishing and dusting floors, carpet, walls, windows, and doors; trash removal; cleaning restrooms; stairwells, offices and other areas).
• →Assisting Facilities Department staff with projects as needed.
• →Helps to maintains adequate custodial supply stocks.
• →Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.

• High School diploma or GED. je
• At least two years of verifiable experience (three or more highly desirable) maintaining various building interiors and exteriors.

• Comfortable with cleaning fluids
• Comfortable with the use of a 6’ ladder
• Lifting 30 – 40 pounds occasionally
• Familiarity with hand and battery powered tools would be helpful but not necessary.
• Limited to professional working proficiency in English is required.

• Must be team oriented.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Must have great attention to detail.

Must provide services to others and work with co-workers in a friendly environment.
