Proactively drive the feature verification of 5G RAN features: determine lab configuration requirement for feature testing, create the test plan for feature verification, design and perform test cases

Work collaboratively with software designers on development testing, collect debugging information, reproduce software faults, perform root cause analysis

Document test plans and test results

Implement or assist in test automation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in E2E integration testing of telecommunication products

Comfortable with working in a Linux environment

Fundamental knowledge in wireless communication and IP networking

Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains (applications, network, hardware) 

Knowledge of 3GPP 5G RAN technology

Proven, hands-on RAN system integration and verification skills

Familiarity with cloud concepts, Dockers, Kubernetes, Cloud-RAN or O-RAN

Demonstrate innovative mentality and business understanding
