We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Consultant (BDM) to lead Sysintegra’s expansion in Queensland.
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our offices in Fortitude Valley.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop and execute business growth strategies across technology verticals.
- Identify, qualify, and win new client accounts through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Engage with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, HR Directors, and Program Managers).
- Lead proposals and bids end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility.
- Represent Sysintegra at industry events, chambers, and networking forums.
- 8+ years' experience in business development, account management, or ICT consulting sales
- Demonstrated experience across multiple ICT sectors including consulting, and government or private corporate sales
- Proven success in securing and growing high-value accounts
- Strong network within Australian private and government sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Tech-literate understanding of ICT resourcing and consulting models
- Self-motivated, ethical, and commercially astute professional
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
