We are looking for a Critical Services Supervisor to join our team in Viborg.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our data center. Working closely with the Facilities Operations Manager, you will help lead and develop our Critical Services Technicians (CSTs) and Control Room Specialists (CRSs), coordinate contractors and ensure that our critical infrastructure operates to the highest standards.

Your focus will be on achieving 100% uptime, minimizing operational risk and continuously developing both our people and our way of working.

 

 

As Critical Services Supervisor, you will be an important part of the site operations team and a key operational point of contact for the data center.

You will help ensure that critical infrastructure, equipment and systems are operated and maintained effectively, while creating a strong culture of safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

You will also play an important role in developing our CST and CRS team, ensuring that they have the skills, knowledge and support required to operate in a mission-critical environment.

 

Responsibilities

You will:

 

  • Support the Facilities Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure
  • Lead, develop and schedule the Critical Services Technicians and the Control Room Specialists
  • Support 24/7 operations and respond to emergencies when required
  • Monitor and manage critical power, cooling and environmental conditions
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, change control and preventive maintenance requirements
  • Own the quality and effective use of the site's CMMS
  • Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors
  • Support client relationships and facilities-related issues
  • Support safety, environmental compliance, resource planning and budget activities
  • Take a leadership role in the absence of the Facilities Operations Manager

 

 

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.

You may have a background in data centers, mission-critical environments, high-performance manufacturing, industrial operations or a similar environment where reliability and operational discipline are essential.

We would like you to have:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent 3–5+ years of experience in a mission-critical environment
  • At least one year of direct management experience with shift-based employees
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and facilities operations
  • Experience with critical infrastructure, preventive maintenance and change control
  • Experience working with SLAs, contractors and clients
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
