Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Creative Manager to lead our video production team. This role requires a balance between creative vision, technical understanding, and team leadership to deliver high-performing visual content aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of video editors to ensure high-quality and consistent output
• Translate marketing angles and ideas into compelling visual concepts and executions
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Mentor and develop team members, continuously improving their skills and performance
• Manage workload distribution and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to create performance-driven content
• Assess team needs (tools, resources, hiring) and ensure the team is fully equipped to perform efficiently
• Work closely with HR on hiring, onboarding, and, when necessary, offboarding decisions
• Organize videography setups and tools based on production needs

Requirements

• Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals and technical basics
• Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Basic knowledge of software setup, AI tools, subscriptions, and workflows
• Ability to execute quickly and efficiently
• Strong ability to translate creative ideas and marketing angles into visual outputs
• Proven experience managing and leading a creative or video production team

Nice to Have

• Background in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Experience in E-commerce is a strong plus
• Understanding of performance-driven videos and optimization strategies
