Technical Recruiter

• →Handle the full-cycle technical recruitment process.
• →Source, screen, and interview technical candidates.
• →Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
• →Maintain and update candidate databases.
• →Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.
• →Support recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of engineering and technical positions.
• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn and NaukriGulf.
• Experience handling clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, or other MNCs.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
