Workshop Technician (TT2)

seeking experienced Workshop Technicians (TT2) to join a Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute. This role is ideal for hands-on technical professionals with industrial experience who are passionate about supporting vocational training and maintaining workshop operations.

• Workshop Technician – HVAC
• Workshop Technician – Pipefitting
• Workshop Technician – Welding

• → Maintain all workshop equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• → Prepare workshops and training areas for practical lessons.
• → Coordinate with the Stock Controller to ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for training.
• → Assist instructors during the delivery of practical workshop training.
• → Support the delivery of the practical components of the technical curriculum.
• → Help improve workshop training programs and practical activities.
• → Monitor trainees during workshop sessions and maintain a safe and organized training environment.

Diploma in an Engineering or Technical discipline relevant to the specialization.

Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or related industries.

Practical experience in HVAC, Pipefitting, or Welding.

Excellent English communication skills.

GCC/Middle East experience is an advantage.
