• →Assist with daily driver recruitment tasks ie, lead validations, lead scheduling, lead management
• →Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational / recruitment data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  
  
• →Assist in preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  
• →Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
  
  
• →Assist the Team Leader to Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
  
  
• →Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
