About the Role

Trustmi is hiring a Fraud Data Analyst in Ukraine to join its Operations team. Trustmi runs a threat monitoring and fraud detection platform that protects organizations' funds and payment processes.

As part of the analyst team, you will work directly with customers and their key points of contact. Using Trustmi's unique intelligence feeds, threat logs and IOCs, you will give them an extra layer of security and confidence in every payment.

You will also collaborate closely with Trustmi's research team and R&D teams. Your insights will help shape the product, keep customers secure, and immerse you in the cyber fraud tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • →Proactively monitor and review threats and suspicious events across Trustmi's customer base.
  • →Investigate alerts end to end: triage, deep dive, and turn findings into clear action items and remediation plans.
  • →Combine multiple data sources, including the Trustmi intelligence trust network and external threat feeds.
  • →Support customers' payment processes and workflows, helping them operate securely day to day.
  • →Deliver professional, proactive and personal service that keeps customer satisfaction high.
  • →Work closely with the research and development teams, feeding field insights back into the product.
  • →Contribute to the knowledge base by writing fraud analysis reports and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role in the cyber or fraud domain.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, a research orientation, and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Hands-on experience in research, information gathering, monitoring and analysis.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis.
  • Self-initiative, strong multitasking and a problem-solving approach.
  • Professional, articulate communication with excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Pandas or other Python data analysis libraries.
  • Experience working with and configuring rule engines.
  • Incident response and computer forensic investigations.
  • Working with NoSQL databases.
  • AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or similar.

The role is based in Ukraine and works on a US timezone schedule, so a significant part of your working day overlaps with US business hours to support customers in real time. Please make sure this schedule works for you before applying.
