Your roles and responsibilities are:
Administration :
✅ Report to management & responsible for performing admin duties.
✅ Performing basic bookkeeping and clerical duties.
✅ Managing traditional papers and electronic filing systems.
✅ Preparing/editing documents such as expenses reports, memos & invoices.
✅ Order necessary office supplies and manage corporate stock equipment.
✅ Assist in managing account payable and payroll for employees (which applicable) on a monthly basis.
Project Management:
✅ Work closely with project managers for project executions on an ad-hoc basis.
✅ Assist in document handling in project management.
Job Requirements
✅ Basic accounting, finance and business management knowledge
✅ Strong Multitasking Skills
✅ Strong leadership skills
✅ Creative and able to think out of the box
✅ Possible and must-do mindset
✅ Able to cope with pressures
✅ Adaptable and flexible to work in fast-paced environment
✅ Think big, act small, and move fast
✅ Additional advantage if you have experience in Administration, and clerical duties.
