Technical Recruiting Associate (Nigeria)

• →Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• →Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists as needed.
• →Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• →Create and maintain candidate pipelines for Tech roles (e.g., Full stack, Frontend, Agentic ai, Cyber security, AI Engineers, etc.).
• →Oversee hiring compliance and advise on best practices in employment standards.
• →Implement and optimize ATS tools, assessments, and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
• →Maintain key hiring KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
• →Represent the company at local job fairs or networking events, when relevant.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings.
• Based in Nigeria with deep knowledge of the local labor market and talent pools.
• Exceptional English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
• Prior experience in remote or international recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.
• Understanding of Nigerian labor laws and employment classifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• A bias toward action and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
