Customer Care Representative (French) – Remote

We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support a E-commerce retail in France.

In this role, you will handle email customer support for French-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries related to their orders, deliveries, returns, product advice, warranty and subscription requests. You will provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Handle customer support requests via email
• Assist French-speaking customers with orders, deliveries, returns, product advice, warranty and subscription requests
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional written communication
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently

• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow internal processes and guidelines
• Ensure high-quality service standards

• Proficient French speaker(C2)
• Professional English speaker
• Previous customer support experience
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Weekend availability required
• Starting at 10–15 hours per week
• Scaling to 20 hours per week between 8h-19h30
• Possible additional hours depending on project needs

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN required)
• Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)
• Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space
• Wired USB headset
