- Native or near-native proficiency (C2) in French, Italian, German, or Spanish.
- Good command of English (B2/C1 minimum).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales development, technical support, data entry, administrative support, or contact center environments.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Previous outbound calling or lead generation experience is an advantage.
- Stable wired internet connection (LAN preferred).
- Desktop or laptop computer.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 or later.
- Minimum 1.8 GHz processor.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Minimum 10 GB available storage.
- Wired USB headset.
- Quiet and professional work environment.

Future assignments may include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing product and service information.
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce client products and services.
- Build rapport and address initial questions or objections.
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Manage call follow-ups and lead handovers efficiently.
- Accurately document interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.
- Meet productivity, quality, and lead generation targets.
- Assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Guiding users through system and application processes.
- Escalating complex technical cases when required.
- Maintaining accurate support documentation.
- Ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Project schedules vary depending on client requirements and market needs.
Specific schedules will be communicated when suitable opportunities become available.
Training Information
