Tandem Care is hiring experienced caregivers for overnight assignments throughout South Orange County, including Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and surrounding communities.

Our Continuous Care program is built around consistency—for both clients and caregivers. Instead of scrambling for shifts each week, you'll be matched with long-term clients and a predictable schedule you can count on.

At Tandem Care, we believe caregivers deserve the same level of support we provide our clients. Our team works hard to place caregivers in assignments that fit their skills, availability, personality, and preferred service area, creating long-term relationships rather than short-term staffing solutions.

• Do not have reliable transportation

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration

• Completed Live Scan background check

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle

• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication

• Strong communication skills and reliability
