Accountant - The Logic Design

1. Daily Bookkeeping

• →Record all sales, purchases, and expenses
  
• →Maintain cash book, bank book & general ledgers
  

2. Receivables & Payables Management

• →Track customer payments & outstanding balances
  
• →Manage vendor payments
  
• →Follow up on overdue receivables
  

3. Inventory / Stock Control

• →Maintain accurate stock in/out records
  
• →Perform physical vs system stock reconciliation
  
• →Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  

4. Banking & Cash Handling

• →Perform bank reconciliation
  
• →Monitor cash flow, cash in hand & bank balances
  

5. Invoicing & Billing

• →Generate sales invoices
  
• →Maintain proper transaction documentation
  

6. Financial Reporting

• →Prepare Profit & Loss Statements
  
• →Track weekly & monthly financial performance
  
• →Provide insights to help management make decisions
  

7. Tax & Compliance

• →Handle Sales Tax / GST returns
  
• →Prepare data for Income Tax filing
  
• →Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations
  

8. Budgeting & Cost Control

• →Monitor company expenses
  
• →Suggest cost-saving strategies
  

Requirements:

• →Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
  
• →Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  
• →Strong knowledge of:
  
• →Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
  
• →Taxation (Sales Tax / Income Tax)
  
• →Inventory Management
  
• →Proficiency in MS Excel & Accounting Software
  
• →Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
