About the Role
Wizvend is looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central. You will be responsible for end-to-end catalog management, bulk uploads, listing optimization, and maintaining data accuracy across large product catalogs. This is an onsite role requiring deep knowledge of Amazon's backend systems and flat file workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage Amazon product listings (new products, variations, and existing listings).
- Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates using Amazon flat files / inventory templates.
- Ensure accurate product categorization, attributes, and variations (size, color, pack size, etc.).
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for maximum visibility.
- Audit product listings regularly to identify and fix errors, suppressions, or missing information.
- Manage inventory feeds and resolve listing errors related to SKU mismatches, barcodes (UPC/EAN), or fulfillment channels.
- Ensure product images and videos comply with Amazon's technical and content guidelines.
- Conduct competitor listing analysis to identify catalog improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the advertising and operations teams to resolve listing-related issues.
- Maintain catalog health by fixing errors related to stranded inventory, listing quality alerts, and attribute validation.
- Train or guide junior team members on catalog best practices if required.
Requirements

Amazon Knowledge: Deep understanding of product categories, variations, browse nodes, backend search terms, and listing quality standards.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to work independently, and good written English communication.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
