Manager Product Designer - Taraki Technologies

[b]Responsibilities:[/b] - Lead and manage a team of product designers to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Develop design processes and best practices to ensure high-quality output. - Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and align with the initial design vision. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions. - Present and defend designs to stakeholders and senior management. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into product development. [b]Requirements:[/b] - Proven experience managing a team of designers and leading design projects. - Strong portfolio showcasing functional design and clear understanding of user-centered design principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for bringing creativity into practical design solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with diverse teams. - Experience in user-centered design, user research, and usability testing. - Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
