Marketing Assistant - Navigator HR

Our client Navigator HR is looking for Marketing Assistant in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage events, promotional materials, and advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Help organize marketing projects and attend company events as required.
- Compile and analyze reports to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of different marketing techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Creative, flexible, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of marketing principles and basic digital marketing.
