[b]Responsibilities:[/b] - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications to support product development. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. - Maintain design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. - Create visual and interaction design assets for various digital products. - Engage in regular critique sessions to improve design processes and outputs. [b]Requirements:[/b] - Strong portfolio showcasing design work, demonstrating an understanding of user-centered design principles. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with development teams. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into design solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. [b]Qualifications:[/b] - Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 1-2 years of professional experience in product design or a similar role. - Ability to work in a hybrid work setting, maintaining productivity across remote and in-office environments. - Experience in conducting user research and interpreting user data is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality and accuracy.
