Sales Associate - Springs H2O

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with:
  
  • Retailers (Kiryana stores, supermarkets)
    
  • Distributors and wholesalers
    
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at outlets
  
• Conduct regular market visits and generate new leads for expansion
  
• Execute trade promotions, discounts, and in-store activations
  
• Monitor competitor activity (pricing, schemes, product launches)
  
• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with management
  
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely product delivery
  

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate
  
• 1 years of sales experience (preferably in FMCG or beverages)
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Familiarity with local market routes and retail network
  
• Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets
  
• Own bike (preferred for field mobility)
  
• Basic reporting skills (Excel / WhatsApp reporting)
