Senior Accountant - RibbitZ

Our client RibbitZ is looking for Senior Accountant in Tampa USA.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Tampa, FL. This is a premier opportunity for a professional with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience to step into a leadership role and shape the financial operations of a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a motivated achiever ready to transition into management and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, to include reviewing general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  
• Lead and guide accounting team members, offering support and conducting performance reviews
  
• Oversee the smooth and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close
  
• Contribute to the creation and review of financial reports and statements
  
• Collaborate in coordinating internal and external audit processes
  
• Help develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• CPA certification (preferred)
  
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
  
• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
