Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our client's team on a long-term basis. In this role, you will manage social media presence across multiple brands, working closely with junior graphic designers to bring your content ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly social media content strategy for multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
  
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaigns tailored to each brand's voice
  
• Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to produce visuals that align with campaign objectives
  
• Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  
• Manage messages, comments, and reply to emails professionally and promptly
  
• Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and growth
  
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
  
• Research trends, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities
  
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on project requirements
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media strategy
  
• Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
  
• Ability to generate original content ideas without over-relying on AI tools
  
• Willingness to work full-time with occasional availability outside standard hours for client meetings
