Ability to understand both standalone and integrated (mass-based) system and develop system architecture accordingly. Good knowledge of major industrial communication protocols, including wired and wireless technologies and familiarity with products from different brands. Shall be able to perform technical evaluation of multiple electronic and instrumentation products, ensuring proper selection based on technical suitability and cost-effectiveness.Awareness of commercial terminology and documentation commonly used in government and non-government tenders and proposals. Should be well-versed in the tendering process, including managing multiple tender portals, identifying new tenders aligned with TAS Product & Solution Portfolio, preparing tender documentation, submitting techno-commercial bids, participating in reverse auctions, and supporting the sales team throughout the entire bid process, from the pre-bid stage to the commercial opening of bids Effectively and efficiently prepare and maintain the bid timetable. Prepare bid forecasts and cost estimates in alignment with the overall bid budget. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Bid Team for all bid-related communications and operations. Communications with all internal and external stakeholders are well planned and executed. Setup and manage an appropriate bid document repository. Project Manage the bid process from identifying initial opportunity through to submission of final tender to contract signature. Work with the Bid Support Manager to forecast and plan. Work with the Sales Lead and Bid team in preparing client presentations. Prepare techno -commercial offers and quotations based on client enquiries, in coordination with the Head of Business Development and Sales. Provide pre-sales technical support, including assistance in client meetings and presentations. Contribute to marketing and communication (MARCOM) activities and lead generation. Independently handle customer communication, including clarifying requirements and negotiating technical and commercial terms. Engage with existing and past customers to identify new business opportunities and generate fresh leads.
