B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable Agent - Alabang

We are hiring for B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable Agents to join a growing team at Alabang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure timely recovery of debts.

• →Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments
• →Negotiate payment arrangements and offer suitable solutions to delinquent accounts
• →Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
• →Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult customer situations
• →Collaborate with team members and management to meet collection targets
• →Follow company policies and legal guidelines during collection processes

• At least a senior high school graduate
• Must have at least 2 years of B2B collections and Accounts Receivable experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
