Customer Service Representative - BGC Taguig

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing Online Video Sharing account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

• →Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience.
• →Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud.
• →Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity.
• →Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers.
• →Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent.
• →Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions.

• Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
• Must have at least 6 months of BPO Experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North/Taguig
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
