Customer Service Representative (Financial Payroll) - Ortigas

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a fast growing Ride Sharing account in Anonas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer needs.

• →Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• →Resolve customer issues and complaints focusing on first-call resolution
• →Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• →Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes
• →Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• →Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

• At least a high school graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience with 6 months of chat support OR 1 year of payroll experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Ortigas, Pasig
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
