The Ivalua Source to Pay (S2P) Senior Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Ivalua S2P solutions for enterprise customers. The role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement operations, covering sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.

The Senior Consultant works closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and information technology (IT) stakeholders to ensure Ivalua solutions are well-aligned to business processes, integrated with core enterprise systems (including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and finance platforms), and capable of supporting long-term operational needs.

• →Design and implement Ivalua Source to Pay (S2P) solutions including sourcing and supplier management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), procure-to-pay (P2P) and invoicing.

• →Translate business requirements into Ivalua functional and technical configurations.
• →Configure workflows, approval rules, master data, supplier onboarding, and controls.
• →Support integrations with ERP and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• →Participate in testing, deployment, go-live, and post go-live support.
• →Advise clients on procurement best practices and Ivalua platform capabilities.

• Strong working knowledge of Ivalua S2P modules.
• Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, and P2P processes.
• Experience supporting integrations and data flows with ERP systems.
• Ability to balance standard configuration with business requirements.

• 6–10 years of experience in procurement systems or enterprise applications.
• 4–7 years hands-on experience with Ivalua implementations.
• Experience delivering enterprise or multi-country S2P solutions.
• Consulting, system integrator, or transformation program experience preferred.

• Ability to translate procurement operating model needs into system design and configuration.
• Stakeholder management across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and information technology (IT).
• Strong controls mindset (compliance, approvals, auditability) and attention to data quality.
• Delivery discipline across testing, cutover readiness, and post go-live support.

• Ivalua Certified Consultant (Functional and/or Technical) (preferred).
• Procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)) (desirable).

• Ivalua solutions support efficient, compliant, and transparent procurement processes.
• S2P workflows operate smoothly with minimal manual intervention.
• Integrations with ERP and finance systems are stable and reliable.
• Users adopt the platform effectively with clear governance and controls.
• Ivalua is positioned as a strategic enterprise procurement platform.
