Join our dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.

• →Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Quality IT
• →Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• →Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• →Lead project teams fostering teamwork 
• →Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• →Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• →Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions
• →Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Quality applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.
• →Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• →Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field                                                                     
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience; At least 5+ years in full-cycle IT project management
• Experience with Quality applications is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success
• Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams

• With knowledge in ComplianceQuest & Salesforce
