→Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
→Ability to support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
→This role is joint Application Management Service (support) team and project implementation
→Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
→Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and set standards.
→Basic Understanding on system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging and system optimizations.
→Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards.
→Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents.
→Proactive and continuous learning on the latest Microsoft release

The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain

Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps integrations, and AI-powered tools.
Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform's role within broader digital ecosystems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services and tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of software engineering practices in enterprise environments with D365FO.
Knowledge of other Microsoft services such as Azure and AI is a strong advantage.
