This role will successfully deliver our portfolio of disruptive innovation projects in food science terms. The products we develop will maximize long term shareholder value and delight our consumers.

• →Keep our plant running at peak performance by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• →Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on large fuel distribution systems and heavy machinery.
• →Apply your expertise in bulk material transfer, processing, packaging, or facilities/utilities to drive operational excellence.
• →Ensure safety and compliance by following GMPs, SOPs, and all plant safety standards.
• →Collaborate with high-performance teams to deliver innovative solutions and improve processes.
• →Use computer systems for recordkeeping and technical troubleshooting.
• →Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

In order to perform duties in a satisfactory manner, you must be able to navigate the production floor where temperatures may vary in an environment with dust particulates. Prolonged standing and walking, and regular bending, stooping, climbing, and crouching are required in order to service, troubleshoot, and clean equipment. Also required to push, lift, and pull various raw materials such as film, tin tie rolls, and valves weighing up to 60 lbs.

• High school diploma/GED required; technical/trade school or apprenticeship preferred.

• 2-5 years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic or millwright in a manufacturing environment, including high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Skilled in handling all levels of power voltage safely.
• Experience maintaining heavy equipment, packaging equipment, and large fuel distribution systems.
• Strong teamwork skills, with experience working closely with production operators, sanitation or quality teams, plant leadership, and maintenance teammates.
• Comfortable working with computers for documentation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, lockout/tagout procedures, and root-cause troubleshooting.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available for shift flexibility, overtime, weekend coverage, and extended shifts.

• Work performed in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Mechanical equipment with moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to high noise levels, dusts, heat, cold, and fumes from chemicals used in flavorings.
