We are seeking a Growth Marketer to build and scale the engine that transforms awareness into adoption, engagement, and revenue. You'll take ownership of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, conversion, and product-led growth—identifying drop-off points in the customer journey, developing clear hypotheses, and running disciplined experiments to improve performance.
This highly cross-functional and hands-on role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, Design, Data, and the broader Marketing team. You'll develop campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and uncover new growth channels. As part of your work, you'll leverage the Tavus platform, use interactive demos, conversational video, and personalized experiences to create standout campaigns with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Drive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion

Develop a deep understanding of our key audiences—developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers—and turn insights into targeted campaigns
- →
Analyze the customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improved conversion
- →
Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap across channels, messaging, landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle communications
- →
Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns
- →
Improve website and landing-page conversion through robust testing, segmentation, positioning, and calls to action
- →
Create lifecycle campaigns to drive users from sign-up to value, active usage, qualified opportunities, and long-term adoption

Partner with Product to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and product-led growth loops
- →
Use Tavus technology to deliver creative experiences, including live demos and personalized video campaigns

Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, nurture, routing, and conversion from MQL to pipeline

Define success metrics, build clear reporting, and communicate progress, learnings, and next steps

Lead growth initiatives from hypothesis through execution, analysis, and scaling

Help build and document processes, systems, and playbooks for scalable, repeatable growth
Have experience owning measurable growth outcomes for B2B SaaS, developer tools, API-first technology, or fast-growing startups
Understand the dynamics of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Are highly analytical, using data to spot opportunities, prioritize, and measure success
Balance short-term pipeline wins with longer-term product adoption and sustainable growth
Possess a strong experimentation mindset to turn opportunities into testable hypotheses
Are comfortable across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and product-led growth
Understand funnels, cohorts, attribution, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback periods
Move smoothly between strategic planning and tactical execution
Combine creative instincts with analytical skills for strong messaging
Communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Are excited about AI and eager to help define a new category
Nice to Have

History of building repeatable growth engines in Series A/B companies
Track record improving product activation, free-to-paid conversion, retention, or expansion
Experience managing paid media budgets and acquisition efficiency
Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Looker
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM architecture, audience segmentation, and attribution
Comfortable using SQL or collaborating with analysts to answer growth questions
Experience with account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation
Success launching new products, entering new markets, or shaping new categories
Exposure to the Tavus API—bonus points if you’ve built something with it already!
