Videographer & Studio Manager

Dennis Media Group is looking for a highly capable, organized, and adaptable Production Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day production operation across our studio, content brands, podcast productions, and post-production pipeline.

This is not a traditional videographer role.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that content projects move efficiently from planning and scheduling through filming, post-production, revisions, approval, and final completion.

You will work closely with Karlton Dennis, internal talent, editors, contractors, and the broader media team while overseeing production across multiple brands and projects.

This role will also own the day-to-day operation of the Irvine studio and must be technically capable of running in-studio productions, including cameras, lighting, audio, and multi-camera setups.

The right person will be highly organized, technically competent, comfortable working with high-level talent, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with high expectations.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership.

We do not want someone who believes their responsibility ends when filming ends.

If a project enters the production pipeline, the Production Manager should maintain visibility and accountability over that project until it is completed.
