Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Company, is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join the team in North Mankato, MN!

• →Operates equipment and machinery for folding
• →May do setups, adjustments and cleanups
• →Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• →Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
• →Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion

• 2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of bindery equipment including folders and collators in order to assist other bindery personnel with completion of jobs is preferred but not required
• Production experience
• Mechanical ability

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
•  Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - $21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
