Equipment Operator 2nd shift

• →Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
• →Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• →Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
• →Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

• Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.
• Ability to read instructions and basic measurements from a ruler/tape measure

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

• Manufacturing or production experience.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
