1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as required

Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced Order Picker to join our Jeffersonville, IN, facility. In this role, you will operate a turret truck to accurately pick and prepare customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

• →Accurately pick customer orders
• →Perform quality checks
• →Verify stock availability and stock shelves
• →Repackage orders as needed
• →Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• →Maintain accurate records related to orders and inventory

• Experience using a ring scanner, manual equipment, and powered material-handling equipment, such as an order picker or lift
• Willingness to train on and operate a turret truck
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet
• Ability to read, count accurately, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while supporting department goals
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to obtain and maintain the certifications required to operate powered equipment

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including printed materials
• Frequently required to move throughout the facility
• Regularly required to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 pounds or more
