What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor), you will guide our 2nd shift team to keep our Charleston client site spotless. Your core responsibilities include: Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members. Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site. Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships. What You Bring To The Team Proven leadership experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Cleaning Lead, or lead custodian. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
