What You’ll Do As a Floor Technician (also working as a Floor Care Specialist or Custodian), you will keep our school facilities looking spotless and safe. Operate floor equipment to strip, wax, buff, and scrub hard surfaces. Perform deep cleaning duties as a key Floor Technician on the evening team. Support daily janitorial needs to ensure school facilities are clean, hygienic, and welcoming. What You Bring To The Team Experience operating floor care machines (buffers, scrubbers, auto-scrubbers). Reliable transportation to the job site.
