Guest Service Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service to all guests during their stay. The Guest Service Agent will assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, handle inquiries and requests, and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
2. Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
3. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
4. Process payments, maintain guest accounts, and provide accurate billing information.
5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requirements and special requests.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and lobby area.
7. Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general administrative support.
8. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel reservation software.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
