Responsibilities

→Models the TCEC Essential Attributes as a regular pattern of behavior and self-awareness. Inspires others to do the same.
→Provides overall leadership of operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and system reliability.
→Leads, develops, and holds operations personnel accountable for performance and safety.
→Ensures safe, reliable construction, maintenance, and inspection of the distribution system.
→Oversees contractor performance, work quality, and invoice accuracy.
→Establishes priorities, work plans, and schedules to meet operational needs.
→Coordinates with Engineering and System Operations to execute projects and maintenance activities.
→Monitors performance metrics and drives continuous improvement.
→Identifies and resolves operational risks, hazards, and system issues.
→Performs other duties as assigned.
