Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required by management.
  • Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
