Spring 2027 Internship - Learning & Development
Quick Summary
THE·TEAM is proud to provide representation and marketing services to talent, brands and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide.
As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll help bring some of our key leadership and development programs to life. You’ll get hands-on experience across everything from program planning and participant communications to events, creative materials, and onsite experiences.
No two weeks will look the same. You might help prepare for an upcoming program, coordinate with facilitators, build participant materials, organize an offsite experience, or support a live training. You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to create a great learning experience.
