We're partnering with a large Oklahoma City organization seeking a Business Process Analyst to support enterprise transformation and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing business operations, identifying inefficiencies, and driving meaningful improvements through data, collaboration, and structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate current processes, document workflows, and develop practical recommendations that improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow assessments, and data analysis.
- →Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps and workflow diagrams.
- →Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and root causes of operational challenges.
- →Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to drive process optimization.
- →Develop recommendations that improve efficiency, standardization, quality, and long-term sustainability.
- →Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, business requirements, reports, and executive summaries.
- →Facilitate process improvement workshops and collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and project stakeholders.
- →Define and track process performance metrics and KPIs.
- →Support implementation, change management, and adoption of process improvements.
- →Provide ongoing project updates, risk assessments, recommendations, and status reporting.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience conducting business process reviews, workflow analysis, and process documentation.
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, or enterprise improvement efforts.
- Ability to create executive-level reports, SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Experience in healthcare, government, finance, regulatory, or other highly regulated environments.
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma certification or related continuous improvement training.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, or related disciplines.
- 12-month contract opportunity.
- Hybrid work environment with 3-4 days per week onsite in Oklahoma City.
- One-round, in-person interview process.
