Configuration Technician

Location: Onsite
Duration: Approximately 1+ month, potential extension based on project needs
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $25-$30/hour

We are seeking Configuration Technicians to support a large-scale technology deployment project. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring network equipment and mobile devices according to documented procedures before shipping them to customer locations.

This position is ideal for individuals with entry-level to intermediate networking experience who enjoy hands-on technical work and following established processes with a high level of accuracy.

• →Configure network devices and iPads according to established configuration guides
• →Follow detailed technical procedures and deployment documentation
• →Verify device functionality and confirm configuration accuracy
• →Troubleshoot basic hardware and configuration issues
• →Maintain accurate records of configured equipment
• →Work closely with warehouse personnel to prepare devices for shipment
• →Meet daily production and quality expectations

• Basic networking knowledge and device configuration experience
• Understanding of routing, switching, IP addressing, and network fundamentals
• Ability to follow written technical documentation with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large volumes of equipment in a project-based environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• CCNA, Network+, or equivalent training/certification
• Experience configuring routers, switches, wireless devices, or mobile devices
• Previous deployment, staging, or IT support experience
