Data Engineer

• →Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
• →Integrate data across cloud (Snowflake, Azure) and on-prem systems
• →Optimize data warehouse performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• →Develop and maintain dimensional and analytical data models
• →Identify and resolve data quality, lineage, and consistency issues
• →Establish and promote data governance standards, metadata, and documentation
• →Support cloud migration and data platform modernization efforts
• →Partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• →Support reporting platforms including Power BI and Cognos
• →Enable AI/ML and advanced analytics by preparing high-quality data assets

• Strong expertise in SQL and database optimization
• Hands-on experience with data modeling (dimensional, normalized, analytical)
• Proven ability to implement data governance, MDM, or data catalog solutions
• Experience building enterprise-scale data pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Comfortable working in less structured, evolving environments

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar experience
• ~5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI, or Analytics Engineering

• Exposure to sensitive data environments (high-trust role)
• Flexible schedule + on-call rotation
• ~10% travel
