Internship & Early Career Roster

The Internship & Early Career Roster connects graduating students and early‑career professionals with Tulsa-area employers seeking interns, entry-level hires, and project-based talent.

This is a no‑cost, pro bono program. No placement fees. No strings attached. Just a curated roster of motivated candidates and employers willing to invest in emerging talent.

We welcome:

• College seniors preparing to graduate

• Recent graduates (0–2 years of experience)

• Early-career professionals exploring IT, Engineering, or Administrative career paths

• High School Seniors (attending technical or engineering-focused curriculum)

• Candidates seeking internships, part‑time roles, or full‑time entry‑level opportunities in the Tulsa/Oklahoma City market

• Light résumé and LinkedIn profile feedback

• Inclusion in our active Internship & Early Career Roster

• Visibility with our client network and partner businesses in the Tulsa area

• Introductions to employers upon request

• Access to job-search resources and market insights

To join the roster, submit:

1. Your current resume

1. A link to your LinkedIn profile (complete with professional photo and summary)

1. Your field of study or primary area of interest

1. A brief outline of your career goals or preferred roles

1. Your availability (start date, hours per week, remote/hybrid/onsite preference)

• Keep their LinkedIn profile active and up to date

• Respond promptly to employer inquiries

• Represent themselves professionally throughout the process

We primarily support early-career candidates in:

1. You apply through this posting with your resume, LinkedIn profile, and career goals.

1. We review your submission and add qualified candidates to the active roster.

1. We share the roster with employers in our network who are seeking early-career talent.

1. Employers request introductions to candidates who match their needs.

1. We facilitate the connection — employers manage their own interview and hiring process.
