We welcome:
- College seniors preparing to graduate
- Recent graduates (0–2 years of experience)
- Early-career professionals exploring IT, Engineering, or Administrative career paths
- High School Seniors (attending technical or engineering-focused curriculum)
- Candidates seeking internships, part‑time roles, or full‑time entry‑level opportunities in the Tulsa/Oklahoma City market
- Light résumé and LinkedIn profile feedback
- Inclusion in our active Internship & Early Career Roster
- Visibility with our client network and partner businesses in the Tulsa area
- Introductions to employers upon request
- Access to job-search resources and market insights
To join the roster, submit:
- Your current resume
- A link to your LinkedIn profile (complete with professional photo and summary)
- Your field of study or primary area of interest
- A brief outline of your career goals or preferred roles
- Your availability (start date, hours per week, remote/hybrid/onsite preference)
- Keep their LinkedIn profile active and up to date
- Respond promptly to employer inquiries
- Represent themselves professionally throughout the process
We primarily support early-career candidates in:
