Salary Range: $75,000–$120,000 DOE

Tech Partners is partnering with a well-established, multi-office professional services organization to identify an IT Manager who can step into a high-impact leadership role and help guide the next phase of their technology evolution.

This position is on-site in Tulsa, OK, and replaces a long-tenured IT leader. The client is looking for a business-savvy, forward-thinking IT professional who can own the technology environment end to end while helping move the organization beyond where it is today.

The ideal candidate brings a progressive technical mindset and a natural drive toward modernization. This person should be comfortable supporting the current environment, but also energized by leading the company further into areas like cloud modernization, Microsoft Intune, cybersecurity, automation, AI adoption, and more scalable technology practices.

This is not a pure keep-the-lights-on IT role. The client wants someone who can help lead the organization into its next chapter.

They are looking for:

  • A forward-looking IT leader who can build and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, risk priorities, and future-state modernization.
  • A hands-on technical expert who understands the Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem and can help advance cloud, identity, endpoint, and security capabilities.
  • A modernization-minded problem solver who naturally looks for better ways to operate, automate, secure, and scale the environment.
  • An internal owner of cybersecurity who can guide policy, risk management, remediation, incident response, and vendor coordination.
  • A business-facing communicator who can clearly explain IT decisions, risks, investments, and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
  • A team leader who can mentor and elevate a small IT team while driving accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement.

The environment supports approximately 250 users across five locations, with a mix of in-office and hybrid employees.
