Responsibilities

    Inspect manufactured parts for quality using visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

  • →

    Follow job packets, work instructions, and established quality procedures.

  • →

    Perform routine inspections throughout the production process.

  • →

    Complete box, lot, start-up, and last-shot inspections as required.

  • →

    Inspect products according to AQL requirements and customer specifications.

  • →

    Identify parts that do not meet quality requirements and assist with determining whether products should be reworked or placed on hold.

  • →

    Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors.

  • →

    Participate in shift-to-shift meetings to ensure important quality information is communicated.

  • →

    Provide daily training and guidance to cell operators on quality and inspection requirements.

  • →

    Maintain accurate inspection and training documentation.

  • →

    Help support production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

  • →

    Follow GMP/GDP, safety, and 6S requirements.

  • →

    Report unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.

  • →

    Work as part of a team to keep the production cell running efficiently.

  • →

    Perform other duties as assigned.

You don’t need to have every qualification to be successful in this position. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and committed to quality.

Requirements

  • College degree OR 4+ years of quality/manufacturing experience.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

  • Ability to carefully follow written procedures and instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to identify quality issues and communicate them clearly.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

  • Manufacturing quality inspection

  • Visual and dimensional inspection

  • GMP/GDP practices

  • AQL inspection requirements

  • Non-conforming material procedures

  • 6S and GMP knowledge
