We’re looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Consultant to join our Professional Services team and work on complex enterprise infrastructure projects for our customers.

You’ll bring strong hands-on experience across virtualisation, compute, storage and enterprise infrastructure, with expertise in technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and/or Proxmox.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be involved in designing, deploying, migrating, troubleshooting and supporting infrastructure environments — from initial discovery and solution design through to implementation and handover.

Our AI infrastructure capabilities are growing, and this role offers the opportunity to develop specialist skills in NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, AI compute, Kubernetes and AI Factory environments.

You don’t need to have built large-scale GPU or AI clusters already. We’re looking for someone with strong infrastructure fundamentals, technical curiosity and a genuine interest in where AI infrastructure is heading.

  Design, build and support enterprise infrastructure across compute, virtualisation, storage and container platforms

• →

  Work with VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, Microsoft Hyper-V and/or Proxmox VE

• →

  Design and support enterprise storage including SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NFS

• →

  Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments

• →

  Deploy and support Kubernetes and containerised workloads

• →

  Produce HLDs, LLDs, migration plans, implementation plans and technical documentation

• →

  Lead and support infrastructure migrations, upgrades and technology refresh projects

• →

  Work directly with customers through discovery sessions, technical workshops and solution design

• →

  Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on technical solutions and SOWs

• →

  Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and work with vendors where required

• →

  Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other engineers

  Continue developing your expertise across AI infrastructure, automation and emerging data centre technologies

You’ll have strong experience working with enterprise infrastructure and be confident getting hands-on with complex technical environments.

We're particularly interested in people with experience across:

• Enterprise virtualisation — VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V and/or Proxmox

• Enterprise compute and physical server infrastructure

• SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NFS

• Linux and Windows Server

• Kubernetes and container technologies

• Infrastructure design and technical documentation

• Complex troubleshooting across compute, storage, virtualisation and operating systems

• Customer-facing consultancy and implementation

• Infrastructure networking fundamentals

Experience with vSphere/VCF, vSAN, NSX, Nutanix AOS/Prism, HCI, enterprise storage, backup/DR, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python or public cloud would be advantageous.

Experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, GPU Operator, Base Command Manager or AI Factory environments is also a bonus — but not essential.

You’re a technically curious infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex problems and getting stuck into new technology.

You’ll be comfortable working directly with customers, taking ownership of technical delivery and explaining complex concepts to different audiences. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to learn, develop and build expertise in the next generation of AI infrastructure.
